Huawei Unveils Fully-Upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network Offerings for the Middle East and Central Asia, Leading AI-Powered Network Innovation

[Tashkent, Uzbekistan, May 19, 2025] At the Huawei Network Summit 2025 held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Huawei unveiled the fully-upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network products and solutions for the Middle East and Central Asia. These purpose-built offerings are ideal for AI-powered connections, driving local stakeholders to seize new opportunities for intelligent development and maximize digital and intelligent productivity.

Currently, the use of AI is still in the early stages, with most solutions simply adding AI components to the existing network management systems (NMSs) to just resolve some single-point issues.

• Xinghe Intelligent Campus, leading experience-centric networks

Huawei's Wi-Fi Shield solution, first of its kind in the industry, uses AI signal scrambling technology for physical-layer encryption to ensure zero data leakage. Additionally, Huawei's intelligent experience assurance solution can prioritize and assure popular video conferencing applications in the industry, with a latency of less than 100 ms. The ministry of health in a country, for example, deployed Huawei's solution to enjoy 50% higher wireless concurrency and always-smooth audio and video services.

• Xinghe Intelligent WAN, building an intelligent and converged IP network foundation

In the energy sector, Huawei offers an industry-unique AI delay compensation algorithm to optimize link delay in real time. The two-way delay difference is reduced to 3 μs, which is a 20-fold improvement in contrast to an SDH network, facilitating smooth evolution of relay protection services.

In the government sector, Huawei leverages an industry-unique AI feature extraction algorithm and network slicing to provide application-level service assurance. A customer in the Middle East, for example, deployed Huawei's solution for omission-free application awareness, improving work efficiency by over 20%.

• Xinghe Intelligent Fabric, creating an always-on data center network with zero computing loss

Huawei's Xingtu AI optimal policy algorithm can sort out millions of security policies in 2 minutes and simulate 3000 devices within 3 minutes, helping customers to perform network changes without errors. NBP in Pakistan, for example, chose Huawei's algorithm to roll out services in minutes.

Furthermore, Huawei's StarryLink optical modules introduce the optical module channel loss resistance technology powered by device-network synergy. This technology ensures uninterrupted training upon a single-channel fault and improves reliability by 10 times, achieving month-level uninterrupted cluster training.

• Xinghe Intelligent Network Security, building network security cornerstone

Huawei's AI-powered border firewalls enable an unknown threat detection rate of 95%, the endpoint security solution stands out for over 2000 protection points, and the AI-powered source tracing graph engine enables correlation analysis of 100 hops on the entire network to pinpoint the threat source. Global customers like a company in the UAE have deployed Huawei HiSecEngine firewalls to create powerful security defense systems.
